Founder, President and Owner Katie McCarty has had a wide variety of experience in the construction industry.  From her beginning in construction in California in 2005 her knowledge has been built from on the job experience of the hazards that construction workers are faced with on a day to day basis. After her move to Arkansas in 2009 she began working for a large general contracting firm in NWA. While working for this contractor she was put into a safety management position. This is where she began to develop a passion for safety education. When presented with the opportunity to further her education in safety she moved forward with her dream of owning an independent safety consulting firm.
